Refund & Return Policy

At Herbify Nature Care, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are Ayurvedic in nature, please read the policy below carefully to understand how refunds and returns are handled.

Ayurvedic Product Usage Disclaimer

Our products are based on Ayurvedic formulations, which generally take time to show visible results. We strongly recommend using the product regularly for at least 3 months before assessing its effectiveness.

🔹 Please note: If you have used the product for the full 3-month period as recommended and still do not experience any visible results, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed only after reviewing proper and genuine usage.

Eligible Cases for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• Product received in damaged condition

• Incorrect product delivered

• Manufacturing defect

• Expired product (must be reported before opening)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:  Used or opened products are not eligible for return or refund. However, unused, unopened, and properly sealed products may be returned, and refunds will be issued only for those items after approval.

Return Request Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

• Share your order number and reason for return

• Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

• Wait for return approval from our support team

• Ship the product back only after approval (if required)

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Inspection: 1–2 business days

• Refund initiation: Within 24 hours after approval

• Refund credit: 1–3  business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.
