Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery timelines are usually as follows:

  • Metropolitan areas: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or extended areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, high-demand periods, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all active subscription orders

  • Standard shipping: $5.99 (calculated at checkout)

  • Express shipping: Available in select locations at an additional cost

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details

  • SMS or email updates on delivery progress

  • Access to real-time tracking via the courier partner’s website

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across the United States.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional time or charges. Please contact our support team before placing an order for custom shipping options.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Address changes are allowed within 1 hour of order placement

  • After dispatch, address changes must be coordinated directly with the courier using your tracking number

Subscription Order Deliveries

For subscription members:

  • Orders are shipped monthly on or around the original subscription date

  • A reminder email is sent 3 days before dispatch

  • All subscription deliveries include free shipping

  • You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription before the next billing date

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States.

International shipping options may be introduced in the future. Updates will be shared on our website.
